Entries in the Marquee Events to be made on the official form provided and forwarded to the secretaries not later than Wednesday 10 August 2011. No entries will be accepted unless accompanied by the necessary fee.

Judges will be at liberty to divide or with-

The Committee will not hold themselves responsible for any accident which may occur on the grounds to either spectators or competitors.
|

All exhibits must be on the grounds before 11.00 am.
|

All exhibits must have been grown by the exhibitor, and any person found infringing this rule will be disqualified.
|
|
6.
|
In the event of a tie in points for cups, the greater number of first and second prizes will prevail.
|
|
7.
|
No exhibits to be removed from the Marquee before 5.30 pm.
|
|
8.
|
The Committee do not hold themselves responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibits.

10.
|
The Judges will be given the power to transfer any exhibit in the Sheep classes from one class to another if it is thought that they are unsuitable for the class entered.

11.
|
In any case of dispute regarding the height of any horse, the competitor must be prepared to have their hose measured by the stewards in the presence of the Judges.
|
|
12.
|
The Judges will only place the first 5 ponies in each showing class.
|
|
13.
|
In order to arrange penning facilities entries in the Sheep Section must be in the hands of the Secretaries by Wednesday 10 August 2011.

14.
|
A deposit of £5.00 to be paid with any written protest which will be refunded if upheld.
|
|
15.
|
In a timed competition only the fastest time to any individual qualifies to a final.
|
|
16.
|
All prize money to be collected on Show Day.

Entry fee to be paid before competing. If a competitor is absent when called he shall be liable to run last.

Time allowed for dogs in each class will be given on the field.
|
|

|
All dogs to be secured by cord or chain when not competing and any dog allowed to run on the course when not competing will be disqualified.

|
The owner of every bitch in season shall report her condition before the Trials commence. She will be allowed to compete last. Should she have completed before the Judge knew of her condition she will be disqualified.

5.
|
Should a dog injure any sheep the owner of the dog shall pay the damage.
|
|
6.
|
The Judges may stop any dog before the specified time should it commit a flagrant error rendering it out of the competition.
|

Throughout the day the Committee accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever.

The decision of the Committee in any dispute is final.

The name of every winning competitor will be announced over the loudspeaker.
|

|
All competitors must register their names in person, at the Secretary’s Tent, no later than 5.30 pm.
|

13.
|
No dog will be allowed to compete in the Novice Class who has previously won first or second prizes in an Open Class.
